King’s Ridge Subdivision #3; Boulder, Colorado

The third project from the King’s Ridge Subdivision in Boulder is one of sheer amazement, not so much in the project design itself, but the manner in which it was completed. The entire project: from the very beginning of demolition and removal of all existing turf, plantings, and groundcover to the installation of a new irrigation system; both heads for the installation of new bluegrass sod and drip/microsprays for the gardens of which we created two large beds as well as a perimeter bed offsetting the fence, all took less than one day!
