The images below represent the first project Don King Landscaping was contracted to complete by the Summit at Flatirons Condominium complex managed by Greystar Management. We were originally brought in to create a design for their private pool and community patio which they were wanting to modernize. Now considered as one of my proudest achievements as a designer thus far in my career, I was able to submit a design that was chosen democratically over two other architects from out of state; both of whom, had been used previously by Greystar Management, the entity in charge of financing the renovation project.
Arguably one of Don King’s most prominent projects of 2008 though it is soon to be rivaled by the second part of the renovation at the same site which we were graciouslly invited back to complete. By taking a look below, we think you’ll see why…
In particular, the custom outdoor fireplace is probably my favorite structure I have ever designed and built. Just imagine this fireplace, or maybe even the built in cooking stations, in your backyard.
